Welcome to the Special Day
Pali Elementary is fortunate to be an "inclusive school". We are so fortunate to have experienced teachers who provide extra help for students who are in need of their services. Because of the inclusive nature of school, our student body is compassionate, welcoming and kind.
Lawrence Ramos
I came to the US 6 year ago as an exchange teacher form the Philippines. I have a premed degree in Medical Technology and I was in the process of completing my masters in Special Education back home before the opportunity to teach herein the US came. It was an opportunity hard to turn down, even if it meant being away from family and long-time friends. I was also fortunate to have taught at an exclusive school for boys where I leaned and rediscovered the nobility of teaching. My first teaching assignment was at Bell SH as a resource specialists, and a year after moved to elementary to teach a special day class for autism. I consider one of the highlights of my teaching stint here in the US was having been selected as one of 200 teacher across the US to attend the ExxonMobil Science Teacher Academy on full scholarship in New Jersey, the summer of last year.
I enjoy outdoors and being under the sun- riding my bike, running, swimming, hiking. I wish I could do more traveling and having more time for water sports. I have an insatiable quest for knowledge and I look forward to gaining more as I join the highly dedicated and talented staff at Pali.
